At least 3 or 4 of the NFLRA crews should have been fired YEARS ago. And most of these guys are already making well over $100,000 in their other jobs anyway. Unions promote mediocrity by unconditionally defending their worst members. Just look at Chicago.  No, speaking of intelligence, Jason Garrett is probably one of the most intelligent people in the NFL. He simply recognizes an attempted snow-job when he sees it.</blockquote>
