I suspect the Giants knew there was a good chance he'd be starting. I don't think it'll have much impact on the game. Eli's not that great; it's not like GB was prepping for Peyton's sub only to face Peyton.

Wouldn't you want to play against a QB with a suspect shoulder anyway??

Especially with fullback and halfback both injured.
