Maden 11 Predicts Steelers to Win

Steelers will win Super Bowl XLV, predicts Madden 11 - Video Games Blog Plugged In - Yahoo! Games

It has gotten 6 out of the last 7 right. According to Vegas we're not the under-dog, but in fact we are, we have been all season, once again lets prove them wrong.

It's still a video game. Just another superstition. It's based on algorithms, not real life. Like everyone says, "there's a reason they play the game."

I don't know if I buy a Madden simulation, but there was some kind of number crunching computer from IBM that they showcased before the Steelers/Jets game that gives fairly accurate predictions..I wonder what that is going to say..

I hate simulators, it removes the "drive of the player." A great example, Jay Cutler, sack teh guy a few times and he still can play the game without interceptions. We can bet that hasn't happened all season.

For the record, i used a hacked rom featuring up to date rosters and ratings from Madden 11.

Might run another simulation... so far ALL have had the Steelers winning...really starting to **** me off...

I must be getting old...I haven't enjoyed football video games ever since it became so hard to run..I liked running for 200 yards with Bo Jackson in Tecmo Bowl..

Tecmo Bowl with the current rosters is actually more fun than Madden. Also a great way to kill time at work!

Umm, I played the Super Bowl in Madden 11 and the Packers won 63-24.

So we'll just see what's what.
