Quarterback KURT WARNER of the Arizona Cardinals, rookie linebacker CLAY MATTHEWS of the Green Bay Packers and punt returner DOMENIK HIXON of the New York Giants are the NFC Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams Players of the Week for games played the 13th week of the 2009 season (December 3, 6-7), the NFL announced today.
