The ONLY benefit is to the local businesses. However, if I remember HRE - don't you live around Buffalo? So you'll remember the SB at the Meadowlands a few years ago. NJ paid for all of the costs yet the SB Committee hosted most of their events in New York. So NJ paid all of the money and NY got the meager benefits. My guess is that Green Bay would foot most of the costs and Milwaukee would skim some if not most of the benefits. It would be very expensive municipal advertising for the Green Bay area.</p></blockquote><p></p>
