    I admit it. (no ****)

I was watching the Saints game again, and the NBC opener was pretty catchy and cool, looked up the song, and little did I know..

I hope no one thinks any less of me. :roflmao:

I remember the first time hearing her and thinking she might have a long career. The sound was new, the hook was catchy, it was just something special. Only a few times do I remember that happening.

I'm not a fan of hers, she reminds me way too much of my favorite musician of all time (David Bowie)

But I can't down her. You can easily tell she's heavily influenced on 70's/Ziggy Era Bowie, but man she plays the hell outta that piano.

Yes she is talented and she also has tons of gimmicks.
It's a good thing that she can do both otherwise she wouldn't have been as popular as she is.

If you like her, I would say give Bowie a shot if you haven't ever owned one of his albums.I'm not a big fan of hers, but she does try in her music, and it's hard to down anyone that gives music a full 100% instead of getting others to write their songs.

GaGa should cover this one day, she would probably sound good singing it, just don't change the synth

You're right. She's like this generation's Bowie. I used to listen to a lot of Bowie. Also very original and edgy for the time.

Is it really her making the lyrics and the sound, or is it all produced by the record company? If it's her, as pop as it is, and unappealing to me, I got to recognize that she has talent, and can definitely at least explore her image and her niche in the media.

    If it's not...

And didn't Bowie also have props and costumes or themes when he performed on stage?

Wow that one I didn't try... A sound-based drug? Must be the bomb.

Speaking of flashbacks, I was just talking with Jimi Hendrix the other night.
