I would think it's going to be tough for him to make the team, unless the administration sours on Ruvell Martin all of a sudden, which I doubt they will.

Ruvell Martin is a really talented reciever. I agree with jess i dont know if Simmons doesnt have much of a shot at the roster considering the depth we have at the WR position. On the other hand if he broke some of Greg Jennings theres no telling how great he could become in the NFL. From the article it seems like he might have a Brandon Marshall, Chad Johnson, T.O. type personality to him.
