Is this the official Packers forum?

But is this the official site for the Green Bay Packers forum? I ask this because it seems way different from other team(s) forums. It seems more laxed here or not as strict I should say.

The Pack have one but only for members that are in the PPCC..

It's easily the biggest and best. But unofficial nonetheless. It is relaxed here and you are free to be you. Only real rules are being respectful and no posting things that could get the forum in trouble. Example - Links to games, articles from pay sites, etc. etc.
