My fanship started in the early 70’s.  So I didn’t get the luxury of really seeing a winning QB until maybe Majik Man??Unfortunately, the game of Football isn’t what it was back then and even though I watched many losing seasons?   Had such respect for those earlier players.  Respect, Dignity, Faith, honor, community… that was a part of culture at that time.  We’ve lost that today in trade for money, greed, fame, individual accolades (cough cough)  I’ll stop there as not to sound the truth trumpet too much.I know there’s people with those attributes in sports but they are waning at a level never seen before.  You can’t even vocalize that you expect our QB to show up early… and lead by example..  without people wanting to fight you. I still expect more than stats from our QB.  I could give 2 pieces of you know what about a SB to be truthful.  How about being a role model to our kids?? How about thinking about the team??I feel like I sound like Red from that 70’s show and maybe I’m turning into him.
