He was in the front yard with the water hose on. But he had Overalls and a Long sleeve shirt and boots in the heat of summer.  My big brother asked him what the hell he was doing?! Then he said..  lolol.  (I still laugh today). He says “check out my cool suit”. And he proceeds to put the water hose down his shirt and fill up his clothes until water was pouring out the seems.
