I have mentioned before that those guys might be in for a rude awakening as there's a decent chance it will be another 30 years before the Packers feature another QB playing at that level.The Packers currently have $12.5 million of effective cap space. Trading Rodgers before June 1 will reduce that number by $8.7 million. I don't see any realistic scenario in which the team can afford to take on a decent portion of his option bonus for 2023 to make it work with their cap.</blockquote>
