They don't need to wait for his decision to have discussions with possible suitors. They won't be able to finalize a trade without Rodgers agreeing to play for the team acquiring him though. In addition it's absolutely ridiculous to suggest there's any chance the Packers will keep Rodgers as their backup while paying him $60 million.</blockquote>
