Because their cap was a mess, they had to stick to their old ways of getting space now at the expense of the future, and let’s be honest, Carr wasn’t quite the caliber of player to carry the team. So they keep doing this nonsense and this past offseason, they had to restructure Carr again. Even if the players plan was to cut him, they had push out enough of his hits to the future to get under the cap and sign this years rookies.</blockquote>
