The contracts for top WRs are too high with respect to the cap. QBs are essential. For most teams, there is only one player capable of playing the QB position at an expert level on a roster, so that guy gets paid more. The Packers have drafted a group of WRs that can start and play effectively. Having a group of receivers means you don't have to sell the franchise to keep a receiver which gives the team the ability to spread the cap over more players to improve the overall team. If we look at some of the teams with several high paid players on the roster, they seem to have less flexibility to add good players to their rosters. Having more wide receivers and drafting well leads to a more competitive team. Let other teams pay a premium. Congrats to Jordan Love. They should have paid a little more. Just to make him the highest paid QB. I'm hoping it will look like a great deal by the end of the next season.</blockquote>
