now calm down, zero - not for good - just a couple of days. anyone who can, please give zero some support in my abscence - trust me he'll need it. :p

will be heading to the "great" state of minnesota. taking my mom to mayo clinic for her 6 month check up after having breast cancer a couple years ago. 7 hours in a car with twin 4 year old boys?!? i'll need drinks - many drinks by the time i get there!! :mug: thankfully the place we stay has an awesome indoor pool with water slides - that keeps 'em busy!!

anyway, just wanted to let zero - i mean y'all know where i'll be. we leave first thing tues morning & hopefully if everything is ok with my mom, we'll be home late thursday.

i leave you with one last thought...
    :moon: :whip:

Hold the mayo. 4Pack I'm glad to see she's good. My Mom went through it and she's never been the same since. Double mascetomy with implants that leaked, turned in to scleraderma. Sh!!ty thing. Bottom line she's alive and we all thank our lucky stars for that, however, this ugly disease ruined her femininity, self-worth etc...Support cancer research friends.

goodness gracious! my mom had her breast removed but at age 70, opted for no reconstruction. she went through chemo to up her survival rate & has been doing real well since then. i'm sorry to hear what your mom & family has been through. i just lost my dad to esophageal cancer nearly 8 months ago. when they found his cancer, he was already stage 4. he was on chemo for 2 years - several different kinds until they simply ran out of treatments for him. he knew the fight was over, he was in pain, & tired. two weeks later, he was gone. :(
