Also I would like to partly blame the Offense for the inconsistency of the defense. The D-train was on the field for way too many snaps, especially mid-season. Ofc they give up points and yards when they are gassed. But they held their own in all games and if the Offense would have clicked at some point in the season, the stats would have been way better. Also Pettine got outcoached heavily mid-season, looking at Chargers and 9ers game. He played some good old bend-but-dont-break- capers defense which didnt suit the team very much but kind of worked out. B- is a fitting grade I think. Otherall I like the improvement the defense has shown. Hopefully some quality guys at LB and DT come in via draft/FA so Packers can finally defend the middle of the field.</blockquote>
