I lived there for the first 24 years of my life, then Oregon for 1 year, and now in Charlotte, NC over the past 16 years. I haven’t shoveled in YEARS... It’s been pretty fantastic. My Packer bar closed over this past season though. Going to have to find another one for next year.

Cool. Yeah, it’s been a great city to live in. Whenever the Packers come here, the bars open up themselves to all the fans with yellow and green balloons and drink specials. Charlotte is a business city, and they understand how to do business. When the pack is in town, fans come, and they drink.

What do you think of our new coach? If he becomes the new McVay, none of us will be bitching. If he doesn’t, then we will have fallen prey to yet another copycat league trend. I want some new, fresh ideas. I think he can bring them. But... can he coach?

    Nope. Brookfield, WI, 1959 - 1967.

A query against the "Location" field in the subscriber profiles might tell you something.

Hey!!!! I've been to Brillion a few tens of thousands of times.
    :p

...and for those without a scorecard, Weeds was an accomplice of my wife's much older brother back in the day. He also was in school with my brother's wife and her half dozen sisters. I spent the last half of my childhood 5 miles from Brillion and worked there 25+ years.

Another Charlottean here! I know there are plenty of Packer fans everywhere, but it's crazy how many Packers fans I run into every single day.

Ah yeah, good ol' Brillion ... a drinking town with a football problem. (Not so much a problem the last few years tho...they stink now).

Really though, Poppa.... MUCH older? Bwahahahaha... Hey, BIW or Ariens? I did 2 1/2 at Ariens before going back to school in '80.

Lafayette, Indiana here. Been a Packers fan my whole life, though it’s not a way of life here. It is for me, but growing up here everyone was a Bears fan, then the Colts came to to town and now that’s the majority.

He's just being difficult. He has a "rep" for such behavior. Ask anyone that he's blown out of the water over the years here. :sneaky:
