But I haven't seen diminishing returns, I have seen improvement since 2012. I have seen a guy that dropped in weight and picked up a step. I see a guy who completely understands Capers schemes and gets the players on D where they are supposed to be at the start of every play and call the adjustments. It's hard to get a step on a rush when your just getting your head turned back around.  I see a guy who eats blocks on blitzes. I see a guy who is a sure tackler. I see an unselfish leader who makes everyone around him better.</p></blockquote><p></p>
