You work those guys in slowly and that goes for Day1 selections. Make them earn it behind the guys like McDuffie or Wilson. Look back to Gary or Van Ness or countless others it’s just how they assimilate them using a patient approach. Slow n steady. Its frustrating for a fan but it sorta reminds me of that Iowa Hawkeyes concept. Wilson might be gone by next year, but as of now he’s probably our Will OLB or next man up and Core ST coverage</blockquote>
