Hmmm... I've thought some more on this.

1. My wife is sick, so I need to be home to take care of the kids...

2. I got an over 4 hour situation I need to beat...

3. I have a personal emergency I need to take care of today. No, I can't tell you what it is. If I did, it wouldn't be personal anymore....

4. I need to go down to talk to some detectives about the disappearances of previous bosses I've had...

5. My wife said we can have sex tomorrow, and that almost never happens...

I'm sure there are others.

The college I attend is very sports-oriented, with most of the students and even professors wearing Packer ties, caps, coats, etc. I have a Packer fan who said that she'll take Monday off to the professors, and they said that they completely understand. So, I don't even need an excuse.
