Studs Not really anyone. Maybe Datone Jones? Lacy had some nice highlights. A couple nice catches by Boykin and Nelson. But, overall, no Packer was a studly performer throughout the game. Duds Not really anyone in particular stunk it up. Defense just overall isn't very good. Nor is the offense. O-line probably should be listed here. I guess Tolzien should be named, though I feel for the kid. NY is a tough place to win for anyone, let alone a 1st start for a rookie. Lacy could also show up here, but he was running into a sea of blue jerseys all night long. But, if I had to name someone, I would call out MM for not going for it on 4th and 2 late in the 4th quarter. By punting, he pretty much gave it up. Also, I am now a fan of axing DC. His scheme is clearly not working with the talent that the Packers have. Game after game, mediocre QBs look great and seemingly find wide open receivers too often. Maybe it is "players, not plays", but if the players are not executing, then the scheme needs to be adjusted to fit... Just my opinion. My Summary Overall, a bland game with no significant highlights or lowlights. Just two squads playing at a below average level and the home team won. My wife told me after the game that she didn't hear me yell much at the television so she assumed the Packers were winning... I told her that there wasn't much to be mad about: no bad calls, no horrible plays... just a struggling team playing ball in a losing effort. There is still hope. But, part of me is starting to consider this a lost season. Maybe getting a higher draft pick so we can actually get better talent/playmakers on this team for Rodgers final ___ (?) seasons is in order...?
