McArthur was potentially second round talent before his injury (broken leg while blocking on a running play in the last game of the regular season, his team already winning the game by a considerable margin), and his intelligence and dedication (just look around for info on him and I'm sure you'll see it) tells me that he will no doubt recover physically. The knock on him is that he lacks in tangibles, but so do many great receivers. At worst, I think he can be an elite slot WR. At best, there are no limits, in my opinion. He says he still can't perform at 100 percent and if signed by the Packers would go on injured reserve for the year. Does anyone have any news on this out of Green Bay? Rodgers and McArthur could be a deadly duo in the future. I'm not a Packers fan, but this could turn out to be an excellent signing.
