Bleeding Green and Gold
I saw this on a thread at CBS and thought that it would be cool to post it here since it is a BYE week.
"The players may have the week off, but, we don't. Time to revisit TT's draft of 2009 and remember the grades the experts gave the Packers.
1st Rd. B. J. Raji DT
1st Rd. Clay Matthews OLB
4th Rd. T. J. Lang OG/OT

5th Rd. Jamon Meredith OT

7th Rd. Brad Jones LB
Bleacher Report -Chris Maier Grade B
Green Bay Packers - Getting NT BJ Raji at No. 9 was a gift for a Packers team making a transition to a 3-4 defense. OLB Clay Matthews is more solid than spectacular outside but his effort and coverage skills will earn him a starting job. TJ Lang and Jamon Meredith are good day two prospects for a team in need of replacing its tackles in the near future.

I love what this team did to solidify its shaky defense in the first two picks alone, with the selection of two excellent players in defensive tackle B.J. Raji and outside linebacker Clay Matthews. Tackle T.J. Lang was a good pickup for the offensive line, while Quinn Johnson could be a bruising lead fullback in the league. Sixth-round pick Brandon Underwood could make this team and give the Packers depth as a backup.

• Green Bay Packers: Shift to 3-4 dictated first two picks and they should be good ones. DT B.J. Raji will be the interior space-eater. He's 6-1, 323 pounds and uses leverage well. Acquired another No. 1 pick to get OLB Clay Matthews. He could start on the weak side. Other crying need was at OT, where Mark Tauscher and Chad Clifton both come off surgeries and are heading into sunset years. T.J. Lang brings size and a mauler's attitude.

Best pick: They had to get a power player inside and took B.J. Raji in the first round. He is a load.
Questionable move: Trading back into the first round to get USC linebacker Clay Matthews. I didn't like that move at all. He's good. Not that good.
Second-day gem: Landing tackle Jamon Meredith in the fifth round could prove to be a steal for a team in need of a tackle.

To make the transition to a 3-4 defense the Packers needed significant help, and they got in the form of nose guard B.J. Raji and outside linebacker Clay Matthews Jr. Each should be immediate starters for the Packers. Green Bay also improved the overall athleticism and versatility of its offensive line with the selections of T.J. Lang and Jamon Meredith in the middle rounds. Outside linebacker Brad Jones could surprise as a seventh-round pick if given time"
Now the part that I have to laugh at the most is prisco's questionable move. "Trading back into the first round to get USC LB Clay Matthews I didnt like that move at all. He's good but hes not that good." All I have to say is hahahahaha Prisco eat your words!!!
