Mirko Slomka > Huub Stevens. The loser of this battle finds either: 2. Bundesliga, exile in Greece, or permanent retirement.

I really admire Huub after he saved us in 2007 but yes, lets send him into permanent retirement ;)
Hope we pull out a win at Stuttgart, if we play the way we did today we'll have a chance. And I expect Lasogga to be back after his injury....

Bayern look tired and sloppy. Boateng is in for Dante and still thinks he's a midfielder rather than defense. Grrr.

Pep brought in Goetze, Shaqiri, and Alcantara. Then the whole tenor of the game changed. Mainz went back on their heels and had to pull their two fast breaking attackers due to fatigue and replaced them with defenders.

Spirited effort by Mainz.

I say Bayerns first loss comes to Augsburg on April 5th. Bayern has Champions League games on both sides of the Augsburg fixture, and I believe they rest players to go after CL, since the Bundesliga title is well in hand.

FC Eintracht Bamberg win their derby against Schweinfurt 1:0!!! Great day.

Koeln drew at home 0:0 to VFR Aalen. Not so good. Needed drei punkte.

The relegation battle is going to be very interesting. VfB defeats direct rival HSV 1-0. Frankfurt vs the Cluberers still to come.

It's possible. It has to happen sooner or later.

Too soon for that nessie. Eight games left. You could double your current point total. :D

Hamburger SV - SC Freiburg
Bor. Mönchengladbach - Hamburger SV
Hamburger SV - Bayer Leverkusen
Hannover 96 - Hamburger SV
Hamburger SV - VfL Wolfsburg
FC Augsburg - Hamburger SV
Hamburger SV - Bayern München
FSV Mainz 05 - Hamburger SV

The next one is a big one. After that you have no head to head matches against your relegation rivals... (maybe excepting Hannover should they go on a bad run).

And by the time HSV plays Bayern, Bayern will have nothing to play for and probably play guys who don't usually get match time.

Indeed, we need a win desperately Sandolf.
Fortunately Nürnberg already go on a bad run but to stay in the bundesliga we'll need at least 4 more wins to be safe or at least 3 wins and a couple draws.
I hate this season.....

No surprise to me because we are still quite conservative when its about football. I can live with football as it is without this goal line technology though I think it might have been helpful.
