:( According to Fox? Also they say Boerigter (SP) will be cut at early training camp? How much of this is really news? And with Gardner mostly a no show at OTA's, apparently they think Jennings will start at the slot receiver position this season. Fergie is on a may not make it list this season as well.
Nick Barnett - #56 - Linebacker - 6'2" - 232lbs
News: Green Bay is considering moving Nick Barnett to strong-side linebacker.
Impact: With quality third-round pick Abdul Hodge behind him at MLB, Green Bay would get their three best linebackers on the field by moving Barnett outside. This would crush his IDP value and currently makes Barnett a risky re-draft pick. (Tue. Jul 4, 2006)

edit, nm i found it :) urs is great, but im bored off my *** since i cant do my homework cuz the online questa is down til tomorrow :(

Marc Boerigter - #85 - Wide Receiver - 6'3" - 220lbs
News:The Sporting News reports that Marc Boerigter isn't a candidate to start at receiver in Green Bay.
Impact:[/b]With Robert Ferguson, Rod Gardner, and a pair of rookies on the roster, Boerigter looks quite likely to get cut at this point. (Tue. Jul 4, 2006)

Greg Jennings - #null (actually his number is not null, its 85) - Wide Receiver - 5'11" - 196lbs
News:Rookie second-round pick Greg Jennings has an outside chance to start this season.
Impact:The Packers would reportedly like Robert Ferguson or Rod Gardner to step up, but that hasn't happened to this point. Considering his size, Jennings might be best used as a slot receiver to open his career. (Tue. Jul 4, 2006)

Nick Barnett - #56 - Linebacker - 6'2" - 232lbs
News:Green Bay is considering moving Nick Barnett to strong-side linebacker.
Impact:With quality third-round pick Abdul Hodge behind him at MLB, Green Bay would get their three best linebackers on the field by moving Barnett outside. This would crush his IDP value and currently makes Barnett a risky re-draft pick. (Tue. Jul 4, 2006)

Abdul Hodge - #null - Linebacker - 6'0" - 235lbs
News:Green Bay is still considering starting LB Abdul Hodge at MLB to open the season, with Nick Barnett moving to the strong-side.
Impact:Such a move would be a huge boon to Hodge's IDP value, while Barnett's would sink badly. Hodge is currently lining up as the backup MLB, but Barnett may move outside if the team isn't impressed by strong-side candidates Ben Taylor and Roy Manning. (Tue. Jul 4, 2006)

Brett Favre - #4 - Quarterback - 6'2" - 222lbs
News:Brett Favre admits learning new coach Mike McCarthy's offense "has been difficult."
Impact:"I'm having to brainwash myself to what we did call, not only last year, but the last 15 years. Now, we are calling it something different. It's been difficult. I can't say it's been exciting." Favre had been in the same offense since the Packers traded for him in 1992. (Fri. Jun 30, 2006)

Dave Tollefson - #null - Defensive End - 6'4" - 263lbs
News:Packers signed seventh-round DE Dave Tollefson.
Impact:Tollefson played his college ball at Northwest Missouri State. The undersized end recorded 12 1/2 sacks in 2005 at the Division II school. (Sat. Jun 24, 2006)

Samkon Gado - #35 - Running back - 5'11" - 210lbs
News:Samkon Gado is a favorite to be on kick returns this season.
Impact:It looks like he'll share the duties with Greg Jennings. If nothing else, his versatility will guarantee Gado being active every week, even if he's a reserve at running back. (Fri. Jun 23, 2006)

Daryn Colledge - #null - Tackle - 6'4" - 298lbs
News:Green Bay will enter training camp with two rookies at the starting guard spots.
Impact:We're a long way from the Marco Rivera-Mike Wahl team a few years ago. It's no surprise that lightweight rookie second-rounder Daryn Colledge and third-rounder Jason Spitz are what the new coaching staff is looking for as they implement a zone blocking scheme. Their pass protection could be a problem for Brett Favre though. (Fri. Jun 23, 2006)

Najeh Davenport - #44 - Running back - 6'1" - 247lbs
News:Coach Mike McCarthy told the Associated Press that Ahman Green and Najeh Davenport may not be ready for the start of training camp.
Impact:Green is no surprise; he could be out until late August. Davenport's return from a broken ankle is taking painfully long and could jeopardize ******'s chances for playing time. (Thu. Jun 22, 2006)

Al Harris - #31 - Cornerback - 6'1" - 185lbs
News:Packers CB Al Harris' agent told the Associated Press his client will be at training camp on time.
Impact:Harris indicated he may hold out, but Green Bay's underrated No. 1 cornerback should be in camp on time. Harris helped turn around Green Bay's pass coverage in 2005 under former coordinator Jim Bates. (Thu. Jun 22, 2006)

Ingle Martin IV - #null - Quarterback - 6'2" - 219lbs
News:Rookie QB Ingle Martin is reportedly likely to make the Packers' final roster.
Impact:Green Bay's fifth-rounder will likely place hold and could serve as the team's backup punter. Martin appeared "overwhelmed" at the Packers' first minicamp. (Thu. Jun 22, 2006)

Rod Gardner - #82 - Wide Receiver - 6'2" - 213lbs
News:Packers WR Rod Gardner is missing more OTA work with a hamstring pull.
Impact:Gardner has frustratingly been off and on the field the last two months. Wideouts Robert Ferguson (leg) and Greg Jennings also missed practice Monday. (Wed. Jun 21, 2006)

Noah Herron - #23 - Running back - 5'11" - 224lbs
News:packers coach Mike McCarthy said Noah Herron, "definitely has a place on our football team if he continues to perform like he has."
Impact:It's a strong statement, as Herron would probably have to push Samkon Gado, Najeh Davenport, or fullback Vonta Leach off the roster. McCarthy sees Herron as a RB/FB, which could limit any fantasy upside. (Tue. Jun 20, 2006)

Ahman Green - #30 - Running back - 6'0" - 218lbs
News:The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports Ahman Green isn't a lock to make the Packers.
Impact:Finally, a real assestment from the Green Bay media about Green. "It remains to be seen when Green will return during training camp. And it's a greater mystery if he can fully recover from such a brutal (quadriceps) injury," the paper writes. He could fight Najeh Davenport for a roster spot. (Tue. Jun 20, 2006)

Robert Ferguson - #89 - Wide Receiver - 6'1" - 210lbs
News:The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports that WR Robert Ferguson could be on the roster bubble.
Impact:Ferguson's has had his chances in Green Bay and was a favorite of the old regime. His release would be a mild surprise, leaving only Rod Gardner and Greg Jennings to compete for a starting job opposite Donald Driver. (Tue. Jun 20, 2006)

Aaron Rodgers - #12 - Quarterback - 6'2" - 223lbs
News:Aaron Rodgers has reportedly been "spotty at best" during OTAs in Green Bay.
Impact:Rodgers' dismal practice reports were a regular occurence last year and the Green Bay writers don't seem to think he's improved much. With Brett Favre taking some time off, Rodgers could be wasting an opportunity to impress the new coaching staff. (Tue. Jun 20, 2006)

Rod Gardner - #82 - Wide Receiver - 6'2" - 213lbs
News:Rod Gardner returned to Packers' OTAs Thursday.
Impact:Gardner's recent absences reportedly irritated the coaching staff, who want him there battling for a roster spot. (Tue. Jun 20, 2006)

Ryan Pickett - #79 - Nose tackle - 6'2" - 310lbs
News:Packers DT Ryan Pickett finally showed up for OTAs.
Impact:The free agent acquisition has been AWOL due to a personal matter. He apologized to his teammates. Pickett should start at DT for the Packers this year, replacing Grady Jackson. (Tue. Jun 20, 2006)

Marquand Manuel - #33 - Safety - 6'0" - 209lbs
News:Marquand Manuel and Mark Roman will battle to be the Packers' starting strong safety this season.
Impact:Roman, the incumbent starter, is expected to share first-team reps with Manuel, the free agent signing from Seattle, in training camp. (Tue. Jun 20, 2006)

Chris White - #68 - Center - 6'2" - 285lbs
News:C Chris White (shoulder) and CB Jason Horton (back) sat out practice Friday.
Impact:CBs Charles Woodson and Al Harris continue to skip offseason workouts. RBs Ahman Green, Arliss Beach, and Najeh Davenport, LBs Brady Poppinga and Byron Santiago, and Ts Adrian Klemm and Chad Clifton are injured.

(Sat. Jun 17, 2006)

(Sat. Jun 17, 2006)

Rod Gardner - #82 - Wide Receiver - 6'2" - 213lbs

Imagine the psychic ability of Fox Sports...to know a rookie can take the place of an established veteran before he puts on pads for his first contact practice in training camp! What marvels!

This is dead time across the league. The sports dudes are scrambling to find anything to talk about.

Boerighter cut? Based on what? Flag football practice otherwise known as mini-camps and OTA's?

If Martin holds for kicks, he would have to be the second quarterback. That's not going to happen. Fox is worthless.
