Message: <blockquote data-quote="swhitset" data-source="post: 800386" data-attributes="member: 11289"><p>I don’t think it’s creativity that McCarthy lacks.  I think it might be introspection.  I think he is so sure of himself and his ideals, that he refuses to change quickly enough to evolving situations.  This is both a positive and negative trait.  I think he has very high personal character and this steadfastness has contributed to a very stable locker room, and when everything falls into place, this translates to success on the field.  However, when things like injuries, young players without experience... disagreements with his QB about offensive direction  etc... creep in.... his effectiveness begins to wan.  I don’t know if it’s time for Mccarthy to move on or not... but I do know the middle of this season is not the time... At this point, I’m just rooting for the team to win.</p></blockquote><p></p>
