Some leadership skills are born with you, others are gained through experience and some are even tought. The fact Moss doesn't even try to be a leader is what I was trying to get at, in the fact that this has to take away some value of him on your team or for a team looking at trading for him. A leader can get the rest of team up for a game and make them all play better where as Moss can only make him self step up (when he wants to). Being in the Army where leadership is a primary skill I can tell you that anyone and I mean anyone can be a leader if they want to.
