Just think, if DB could mug WR's like they could in the 60's they would have no reason to launch themselves at the WR.  The rules have forced separation of the players and once the WR catches the ball the DB want's to not only make the tackle but dislodge the ball.   The rules have changed the way the game is played.  Faster, more separation because it's the only way to cover someone with being hit up with a penalty.</p></blockquote><p></p>
