    I had a ribeye tonight.

But yeah mine would be a blackened steak sandwich, with deep fried potatoes in a garlic butter sauce, with green beans or asparagus.

Since I plan on living for a while longer I refuse to eat all my favorite foods at one meal.

    Mac and cheese.

    I have two favorite meals..
    1. Venison Tenderloin, Mac and cheese, sauteed whole mushrooms, and shrimp.
    2. Jambalaya with brats

Favorite drink.. Bloody Mary (made with Spicy V8, not tomato juice) :)

I would have to go with the classic, pep and cheese pizza. Pretty boring choice, for a awfully average guy. :/

I was a controller for a meat packing company in AZ. (not Acme Packing) and I would get 40 lbs of meat free each month, always got rib eye or NY strip (except for holidays when I get a 24 lb. prime rib). Got to be rare to medium rare...no blood on the plate means it's overcooked.

But, but, but...that's Chicago style pizza! I'll take NY thin crust pizza with every topping they have (no anchovies). To me all that dough overwhelms the full flavor of the the toppings, which is what I bought the pizza for.

Anyone have a good recipe for 7-layer dip? My ex-wife won't give me hers.
