That LaFleur is finally able in Year 8 to put many of his mistakes and flaws behind him and take the step into being "elite"Or, in other words - in the event that we did get rid of LaFleur, how much trust in the organization do you have to find an improvement? This isn't a "Who would we hire??" question - because that's not my job. It IS, however, the front office's job to make that determination. How much confidence do you have in them to make the right move there? Obviously a hypothetical at this point, but just kind of had me thinking this afternoon.</blockquote>
