Message: <blockquote data-quote="rmontro" data-source="post: 1090916" data-attributes="member: 12340"><p>I'm not trying to say McDermott deserved to be fired, but I understand the reasoning.  Being a Bills fan must be frustrating, and I do think there are some similarities with Green Bay in recent years.  I agree LaFleur's situation is worse though.  He has a young, improving quarterback in Love, and a young team, but instead of improving, the team is getting worse every year.  0-3 to finish last year, 0-5 to finish this year, with numerous games that were choked away.  1-5 in the last six playoff games.  Maybe they'll suddenly mature and bloom next year, but at this point I have a "Prove it" attitude.</p></blockquote><p></p>
