Just because a coach has a successful track record does not mean he is always going to be the best man for the job. Things do get stale. It’s not like Mike McCarthy just became incredibly stupid between 2010 and 2018, or that he was always just a dummy who lucked into a Super Bowl.I don’t think the Eagles look stupid in hindsight for firing Andy Reid and the Chiefs obviously didn’t err by hiring him. Seems like it worked out just fine for both sides.</blockquote>
