Be mentally prepared to play the ball on Defense.  We have as many dropped catchable INT as ones we’ve caught.We cannot have discipline flags. Don’t fight you must do your fighting on the next play between the whistles. No facemask or holding or hands to face or tripping or stupid stuff. That very rarely affects the play in positive fashion, but almost always reverses a big play or costs points or major swings in field position. Especially on Special Teams returns. Can’t have it and I’d rather operate with 10 guys than have 1 holding. It’s literally that damaging.</blockquote>
