He has a lot of good qualities and IMO unless he totally loses the locker room he will pretty much always have us as a playoff team or close to it. But we’ve also had the same issues crop up year after year after year with him in charge, and little-to-no signs of that changing. At this point I just don’t have any reason to believe we’ll ever be a team who plays sharp or disciplined football in high-pressure situations with LaFleur as the boss. I mean, could anybody point me to one piece of evidence or reason to believe that could be the case? I just don’t see it. A lot of things he does right, he’s a likable and seemingly high-character guy but I’m just starting to feel like this one’s starting to look like it’s run its course.</blockquote>
