I think when Bisaccia was hired and paid one of the top salaries in the NFL for a Special Teams Coordinator, Packer fans were relieved and excited.  Honestly, I was and I think we all had the right to be excited.  Afterall, special teams in Green Bay had been bad for a long time and at times, the coaches and squads looked terrible.  While Bisaccia did improve the team in his first year, taking them from a dead last ranking in 2021 to ranking 17th in 2022.  After that, it has gone down hill for Bisaccia and his units.  In 2023, the ranking was 27th, 2024 it was 29th, 2025 it was 20th.I also look at FG/XP units under Bisaccia as being a problem.  Whether it has been missed blocks, bad snaps, bad kicks, the kicking units, under various players have been super inconsistent.  I put that on coaching.Anyway, good riddance Rich, I won't miss you.  I hope the Packers find a replacement that focuses on execution & concentration, which should reduce mistakes and improve results.</blockquote>
