Nor were they on the team long enough to have that real lasting effect.  I'm not saying Favre deserves all the credit for taking the Packers out of the dark days of the post Lombardi era, but I think a lot of people, whether they hated or loved Favre/Packers, were enamored with what Favre had done or was about to do next and that made them tune into the Packers.</p></blockquote><p></p>
