Donovan takes a job as back-up, or hits the road. Where was the downbside? I just don't see it. The one thing that was almost a given after the fist game without Cutler.......the new kid couldn't do it. Why NOT give Donovan a shot?. The Bears were still solidly in Playoff contention. They saved some bucks ...............and lost themselves right out of the post-season. Nuts.!  Cutting off your nose to spite your face...</blockquote>
