If, indeed, Mario is the best DE in the draft, then he wouldn't be a bad choice. The problem is that we couldn't trade down and still get him, and trade down we MUST do to get more picks; 5 won't cut it. The main reason I prefer a DE early rather than a LB is that good LBers will be available in the 2nd rd.
