8-year-old has Packers pride on display every day

To say that David Witthoft has grown attached to his Brett Favre jersey may be the understatement of the millennium in the state of Connecticut.

Witthoft, an 8-year-old second-grader and a devotee of the Green Bay Packers, has worn the jersey every day since he opened the gift on Christmas Day 2003.

well that is a good story. glad mom takes care of him. unless it was three sizes too big to start with the streak will end before too long. lol

Maybe Brett will send him a new Jersey. That would be a nice addition to this story.
