I know that injuries have played a big part in this, but they played a big part in the career of Jon Michels, too.  It seems like a really arbitrary argument to me.  I think almost all would agree that Reynolds was a bust, but from my understanding Sherman had really strong control over personnel decisions by that point.  So there are a lot of different ways to look at it.</blockquote>
