So many want to fire Ted because Mike isn't winning with the players he gave him after just two off seasons and two drafts.  It's Mikes (and his assitants) job to utlitize each players strength and limit their weakensses. Talent wise I think we have a talented team. I think our problem lies more with poor coaching especially in the secondary. You see guys making excellent plays, they just aren't doing it consistently.</blockquote>
