I think that there is a big difference between respect that is demanded and respect that is commanded. When you have to dock players for a few pounds over/under I don't think you are commanding their respect. I can't say how it goes inside the Steelers lockerroom but to listen to Najeh it's not the same.

Well maybe if there wasnt weight restrictions these guys could get as big as they wanted..not only that maybe Davenport had a weight problem..so take that packinsteel..LOL.. :jumpflame:

I second that opinion. This could've been a good thread. Phil even ripped one of the mods and completely got away with it.
