After 2 missed FGs by Vanderjagt in OT, Jerry Jones signed former Cowboy, Billy Cundiff.

This is not out of the question.
I read where Vanderjagt has a leg injury (groin) and may not be able to start the season. He also does not want to kick off which would force the Cowboys to keep a kickoff specialist on the roster.
