This guy better not be in green and gold on Monday afternoon. He might have a big leg, but he also appears to have a calliope playing in his head when it's time to kick. He's got to go.

I don't think he'll be cut, not with just 2 games left. (Not saying he shouldn't be, just don't think he will be).

However, he should have some serious competition come next training camp.

What is so crazy is he is missing so many just off the right upright! Maybe we should run all of our 3rd down plays towards the left hashmark just in case we come up short...

Thanks what I have been saying it was never Crosby's fault, it was the Holder!

Thanks Oklahoma Packer for being there for me :D

Just this last game, other than that was always same one

Try again

** hint**

Maybe he cant adjust to how bad he is becoming

He's been kicking bad with both Flynn and Kapinos as the holder. So that narrows it down. Crosby has been the problem all along.

OH OK SLAP ME

what about 2007?

LOL STOP!!

He needs more help than just a holder...Besides shouldnt a good kicker be able to kick with who ever is the holder?

Case in point

Adam Vinateri

last year in NE was 80%, 1st year in Indy had a 89% didnt have same holder

LOL dude how long are you going to keep this up. I'm sure Mason Crosby has a leg to kick with but I think he's starting to wear down at such a young age. It happens to a lot of players and I think that's what's happening to him. Btw it was punter Jon Ryan who was our holder in '07.

So I've been looking into Kickers that are coming out for the draft next year, and there's one guy who stands out, that is Hunter Lawrence. His career long is 49 and he's making 88% of his kicks.

Draft Countdown - 2010 NFL Draft | Kicker Rankings

The Top Senior Kickers in the 2010 draft. I remember seeing Leigh Tiffin, he looked to be really accurate.

What scares me about Tiffin is he's only had one solid season. He had a great year this year, making 87.9% of his kicks with a long of 50. Prior to that however, from his Freshman to Junior season his % are: 61.5, 73.5, and 69.0.

I don't see how Pettrey and Swenson are ahead of Lawrence on that list.
