So far he has failed again.Developing Randall and Rollins are great but they were both miserably bad last year.  They both look like they were big time reaches by TT thus far. First taking Randall who played safety in college and making him a corner in the NFL. Then taking Rollins who only played football 1 season at a smaller school.I want these guys to turn it around as much as anyone but I'm not holding my breath that they will.</blockquote>
