It is a mute topic anyway if he failed another test....
But by comming out of retirement and suiting up for the Fins... it nulled the claim to recapture the signing bonus. If he would have been reinstated and cut... the Fins again had no claim to the bonus.
However if he has failed this test again... they may have grounds to reopen the judgement on a pro-rated basis from the original claim.
Again.. if he tested positive... mute point.
