40,000 fans "flock" to the RCA dome for a Superbowl victory celebration?

For Superbow XXXI the Packers sold out Lambeau Field of 60,000-plus where they all sat outside in single-digit temperatures for 3 hours because the buses carrying the team were grid-locked with more fans pretty much shutting down Green Bay.

They could have easily sold 100,000 tickets just so people would have the opportunity to sit outside in the dead of winter.

It's just so hard comprehending fans from other teams. ;)
