The three that come to my mind as the defensive leaders are Matthews, Hawk, and Raji. While the latter two are certainly not as productive, they are veterans that have leadership qualities. Hawk may be the defensive leader as evidenced by his relaying of the play calls. That said, I have no problems with younger players stepping up. I'd rather have a team of leaders than just one guy trying to inspire the rest!
