Last year he graded out as the 11th-best WR by PFF, and was 2nd last season in DVOA too. </p><p>Long story short, while he has not always logged the pure volume of stats, the numbers that speak to his impact when he plays are GREAT. </p><p></p><p>If he stays healthy, it's a steal.
