When you look at all the directions, they need to take this, and the inputs needed from so many sources, you would have thought they were already on board and starting to pare down the list of candidates, not just getting started. Not getting a new AD until sometime this summer puts the programs in a hold position in many ways because the AD will have his own thoughts on where the program needs to go immediately. Kind of late when you're just a couple of weeks before the students return to school.It's too bad this is happening. It's also too bad that they haven't reached outside the Badger family to get unbiased minds involved in the process.
